A few details help us help you faster. When you can, include:

• Your organization, and the email you sign in with.
• Where in GrowGrid you were — the page or workflow.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot, if it's something you can see on screen.

Common questions

How do I sign in?

GrowGrid runs in your browser at app.growgrid.io. Use the email and password set up for your organization. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset option on the sign-in screen, or email us and we'll help.

I need to add someone on my team.

An owner or admin can invite teammates and set their role from the Team area inside the app. If you're not sure who your account owner is, write in and we'll point you to the right person.

Something looks wrong with my data.

GrowGrid keeps an append-only history of inventory and production, so nothing is silently overwritten. If a number looks off, email us with the item or batch code and what you expected — we can trace it back through the ledger with you.

Is my data private and secure?

Each organization's records live in its own isolated database, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled and our Terms of Service for the terms that apply.

Can GrowGrid do something it doesn't do yet?

Very possibly — the product is developed alongside the people who use it. If there's a workflow you need, tell us about it. Requests from real operations shape what we build next.
